happy birthday mommy (9/3/2014)

3 months old

our sweet Roman Lawrence.. he is such a blessing and a joy. he was 3 months old Sept 3. he weighs 17#8 and is 27.5 inches (100 percentile) so, it looks as though he is our biggest boy yet... he is soo good and soo happy all the time. he is very ticklish and laughs/giggles/"talks" a lot. :) he is the best! i can't imagine life without him.

first day of school

our big boy javan jared.. hard to believe he is off to his first day of pre-school (yesterday). he did great as i expected. he has been pretty tired though and has taken good naps afterwards:) we are so proud of the little man he is becoming.  i didn't even cry! (well, except for the night before...) i miss him but it's nice to have the time in the morning with josiah and roman.

kentucky

Jared had to go to Bowling Green, KY for 2 weeks for work so we all decided to go with him! The boys did really well on the drive.  We stayed in an apartment right by the pool, which we went to about twice a day:) Overall, it was a very nice trip.

Roman mostly napped in the shade, but on the super hot afternoons, he loved going in the water for a little bit
